New hotel contracts for Multibuild

2010-07-30
Hotel and Leisure company Multibuild has won new contracts for several multi-purpose visitor facility centres to be developed in central England and south Wales.

A 50-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, restaurant and gym is to be built at Rugely in Staffordshire, while a Hilton Double Tree project is planned for the Brayford Wharf North scheme in Lincoln.

Hotels and gyms, such as those to be constructed by Multibuild, may benefit from the installation of drywall.

The substance purifies the air and removes odours to provide a more pleasant environment and is especially well-suited to fitness and accommodation facilities.

Drywall can also be fitted at the same time as insulation, providing a cost-effective way to improve the environmental and comfort performance of a structure.

Multibuild was acquired by property developer Balfour Beatty earlier this year and the recently-announced contract will be its first major project since the business takeover.

It will also be fitting-out a cinema in Carmarthen, south Wales, on behalf of Apollo Cinemas. ADNFCR-8000206-ID-19914560-ADNFCR
