Property service provider Apollo has won a contract worth £200 million to provide maintenance work for the housing association Circle Anglia.

Covering indoor and outdoor repairs and external property such as fences and gates, the work will all be carried out in the London borough of Merton, reports Building.co.uk.

Residence comfort could also be optimised by fitting drywall that has air purification properties and is odour free.

Apollo regional director Simon Lacey commented: "We could not be more pleased that we will be working with Merton Priory Homes, as our standards and principles match theirs so well."

The group will be responsible for 2,137 homes in the Mitcham/Pollards Hill area, with partners Wates Living Space covering a further 2,257 homes in nearby regions and VINCI Facilities working on 1,928 homes in Wimbledon, Lower Morden and Raynes Park.

Educational facilities and public buildings are also covered by the building services partnership, which is employed by several local councils in the London area. ADNFCR-8000206-ID-19899074-ADNFCR
